About The Space

The Vault takes its name from the original two-story, 600 sq ft brick-and-steel vault once used to secure cash and mill documents — an impressive architectural feature that still anchors the space today. Previously home to the Southern Bleachery event venue, the space has been reimagined with a focus on the building's industrial heritage and historic character.

Now transformed into a flexible venue, The Vault features an 8,000 sq ft event hall with original hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and abundant natural light. Future expansion will enable breakout sessions, workspace, prep rooms, storage, and support areas, ensuring efficient flow for events of all kinds.

From receptions and markets to live music, photo shoots, and corporate gatherings, The Vault is the Upstate's most distinctive space for events of any size.
